ABOUT US

The Feel Good Project aims to challenge you, the students, to start forming good habits and routines to improve your mood, physical fitness and overall well-being—hence “Feel Good”.

The project encourages that you take small steps, since changing your routine one step at a time helps you to get in the groove of healthier living.

The Feel Good Project aims to improve the student’s overall well-being through the formation of good habits in order to improve one’s physical and mental disposition. Many students may find it difficult to cope with their school works and personal problems, leading them to form unhealthy habits such as staying up late and eating irregularly. By encouraging students to incorporate good habits into their routines, their mood and physical fitness will improve, they will become conscious of their time and they will become more equipped to handle stress.
